Is Dragons suitable for shy children?
Yes. Dragons is built for young beginners who may feel shy, unsure or full of energy. Coaches use short instructions, simple movement games and positive routines so children can join in without pressure.
What should my child wear to their first Dragons class?
Comfortable sports clothes are fine for the first session. Trainers are not usually needed on the mats. The team will explain uniform and equipment after your child has tried the class.
