No. Adult kickboxing at Martial Arts Centres of Excellence is built so beginners can start where they are. The aim is to improve your fitness through training, not test you before you belong.
Is adult kickboxing intimidating?
The coaching standard is high, but the culture is welcoming. Beginners are shown what to do, paired sensibly and supported through the first class without pressure to perform.
